Diploma Frame

Walnut frame made for graduation diploma. The following process was used:

1. Four square (jointer, planar, table saw) and cut (table saw) 4 pieces of walnut.

2. Measure and cut diagonal cuts (table saw with miter gauge)

3. Use table router for rabbit and decorative detailing (double flute straight bit, roman ogee bit)

4. Glue pieces together (wood glue + diagonal/corner clamps)

5. Sand (random orbital sander) and clean frame. (80 -> 320 grit, beeswax oil)
